I've been photographing the new cocktails at Communion Bar recently, the amazing cocktail and jazz bar run by the Angels & Gypsies / Church Street Hotel chappies. Amongst my highlights is a cocktail with coffee liqueur, chilli chocolate and, wait for it, Nigerian Guinness. However, here's my favourite photo, perfectly styled by Zoe Palmer.
